GSA Gearboxes

They are suitable for both continuous or intermittent operation, in applications where extremely low backlash is not fundamental. Unlike market standard gearboxes that employ nitrided gears, GS gearboxes use gears made of high strength alloy steels, carburized, case hardened and ground, offering greater reliability and longer service life. Optionally available with food grade lubrication.

SGS Gearboxes

This design allows directly attaching a pulley, dial plate, pinion, AGV wheel, etc. These elements are perfectly centered and very securely attached, resulting in a final assembly that is extremely short. They're used in machines that require highly accurate positioning and highly dynamic cycles. Additionally, FG gearboxes offer a very high torsional rigidity, that can reach up to 5 times the torsional rigidity of solid shaft gearboxes of equivalent size.
